We will relieve the stress that comes along with the moving process by working with you to create a plan that will transform your home, your single largest investment, into a property that will appeal to a wide range of buyers and attract offers.

We also stage an empty house by bringing in vignettes to help feature the home. Furnishings will be rented for four weeks at a time. After the four week period, they will be rented on a per week basis.

Our Services


Sell

Start with an initial Consultation that includes a thorough walk through and an analysis of every room. Discuss possible ways to improve curb appeal, lighting, color, furniture layout, repairs and other details. (Recommendations are based upon careful consideration of clients budget. We will discuss all of the changes that are necessary to improve the visual and decorative balance of your home. Within two business days you will receive a detailed analysis of your plan of action.) We'll look at de-cluttering, re-designing your rooms with your existing furniture/or furniture rental, accessory shopping to enhance your decor. We will provide you with a written list of any minor cosmetic repairs that we recommend you do before we begin our work. The list might include packing, cleaning the carpets, painting the walls and giving the house a good thorough cleaning. Once these basic tasks are completed, the transformation will begin as we go to work Staging your home.

Dwell

Our Redesign service caters to individuals who are not moving, but are looking for a fresh look in their homes and do not want to invest a large sum of money for the traditional design services. During our Consultation, we get to know you and your personal style, through a variety of questions and a walk through of your home. Once we accomplish knowing your style preference, we redesign the space so that it fits your personality using your existing furnishings. Typically we accomplish the redesign in a single day. On occasion, we leave behind a shopping list of items that might further enhance the results your looking for. We also offer a shopping service where we would shop for the items for you that would bring the room together to accomplish the total package.

Office

Enhancing your place of work will give you the added boost to get up and go to work! Your surroundings play a big part in how you feel and the energy you give off. If you enjoy the visual you see where you spend eight or more hours a day you will accomplish more and be more productive in your workplace. Let us help design and decorate your office so it will be a showroom for your customers and a positive experience for your employees! Down Sizing

Staging It works closely with prospective residents of active adult and retirement communities to prepare their house for a quick sale and facilitate a stress-free move into their beautifully decorated new home. Downsizing means making particularly difficult decisions about what to leave behind and what to bring to the new home. Only the most prized possesions will make the transition. We understand the importance of those treasures and are masters at show casing them in the new home. We are design specialists, able to capitalize on the functionality of each piece of furniture while using it to its fullest aesthetic potential. Taking any special needs or health issues into consideration. We also help with custom paint selection, flooring choices, finding the right window treatments and bedding, and personal shopping for furniture and accessories.
